Availability & Reservations

The studio is available for weekly holiday visitors from April to November, "last minute" weekends, and for one week at Christmas.
Our weekly start day is Friday to Friday.
We are closed during the winter months.

Payment

A deposit of £100 will be due when you make a reservation. The balance to be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday.

Pets & Smoking

Sorry, the accommodation is not suitable for pets, and we have a "no smoking indoors" policy.

Prices & Special Offers

We have now adjusted our prices for 2012 in line with our agency cottages4you.co.uk. We have kept price increases to a minimum, but they do reflect increasing running costs.

Book direct with us and save money!
You can always save the cost of the £35 agency booking fees.

"Advance" Booking Discounts

Each year we offer a selected number of reservations at a special 20% discount price. This is a special offer for those making early holiday reservations.

"Last Minute" Bookings

Are you flexible on when you can take your holiday? All last minute bookings have 20% discounts if you book within 14 days of the start of a holiday week. If you just want a few days away see our "Weekend Break" offer at £280 for a family of four - book within 9 days of an available weekend.

Two People Discount

A further discount of £15 for couples is available on our Band C and D prices.
