AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS

The studio is available for weekly holiday visitors from April to November, and for Christmas and the New Year. Our weekly start day is Friday to Friday.

Advance Booking Discounts
A selected number of reservations will be offered at a special 20% discount price.
This is a special offer for those making early holiday reservations.

Last Minute Bookings
If you are flexible on when you can take your holiday, and can book within 14 days of an available holiday week, your reservation will also be offered at the special 20% discount price.

Two People Discount
A further discount of £15 can be deducted from the above prices for parties of only two people (except on high season weeks).

Payment
A deposit of £100 will be required on confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday.

Services & Inventory

A list of all the items and services provided with the accomodation will be sent on confirmation of booking. This will help you plan what you need to bring with you on your holiday. All bed linen, heating and electricity are inclusive. Towel hire is available at £3 per set, and we can arrange for newspaper delivery at £5 per week. Special swimming pool activity packs are also available for hire. This can all be arranged in advance of your holiday, or on your arrival.
