AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS

The studio is available for weekly holiday visitors from April to November, last minute short breaks, and for Christmas and the New Year. Our weekly start day is Friday to Friday.

 PRICES & SPECIAL OFFERS
All our 2010 prices have been reduced as we have dropped to a lower price band at our agencies: country-holidays.co.uk and cottages4you.co.uk.

Our Direct Booking prices are lower too.
You can always save by booking direct as you don't need to pay a booking fee.

ADVANCE BOOKING DISCOUNTS
We offer a selected number of reservations at a special 20% discount price.
This is a special offer for those making early holiday reservations.

 LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS & SHORT BREAKS
If you are flexible on when you can take your holiday, book within 14 days of an available holiday week, to get our special 20% discount price. If you just want a few days away see our "Short Break" offers - book within 7 days of an available weekend.

TWO PEOPLE DISCOUNT
A further discount of £15 can be deducted from the above prices for parties of only two people (except on high-season weeks).

Payment
A deposit of £100 will be required on confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday.

Services & Inventory
The accommodation is personally managed by the owners.
A list of all the items and services provided with the accomodation will be sent on confirmation of booking. This will help you plan what you need to bring with you on your holiday. All bed linen, heating and electricity are inclusive. Towel hire is available at £3 per set, and we can arrange for newspaper delivery at £5 per week. Special swimming pool activity packs are also available for hire. This can all be arranged in advance of your holiday, or on your arrival.
